ABOUT racheal
Racheal Bennett (b. 1996) was born and raised in Denton, Texas. She currently resides in Denver, Colorado where she received her Associate’s degree in graphic design from the Community College of Denver and is currently working toward her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in painting and drawing and a minor in photography. While pursuing her education, she has dedicated herself to developing her work.
Racheal works with watercolor & oil paints, but also explores dark room photography and sculpture. Her work is inspired by the intricacies of the human experience including mental health, sexuality, gender identity and the balance of life and death. She uses nature-based imagery to convey her ideas. She is inspired by renaissance paintings, scientific illustration and the surrealist movement.
